dhc Announces Series of Seminars With Microsoft

dhc, provider of integrated software solutions is today inviting business professionals to attend its Microsoft Dynamics® Customer Relationship Management (CRM) events on Tuesday 16th March in Reading and Thursday 20th May in London. These free-to-attend seminars will educate and inform delegates about the traditional deployment of CRM, as well as the operational efficiencies that will benefit all departments within an organisation. The seminars will also introduce attendees to the concept of xRM (Anything Relationship Management).

As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, dhc brings an extra element to Microsoft Dynamics CRM through seamless integration, so that CRM can work alongside Access Dimensions Accounting and Finance software as well as dhc’s own workflow solution, iConnekt. dhc’s seminar, which will be hosted by Microsoft at its campus in Reading, will showcase the benefits of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and feature guest presentations from Partner Account Manager at Microsoft, Antony Ford and Trovus Co-Founder Ed Charvet. Trovus works with companies to generate higher returns on sales and marketing investments using technology which profiles the visitors to a company’s website. It then works closely with clients to leverage the value of this intelligence.

“Organisations have been implementing and using CRM software for a number of years now, traditionally within the sales and marketing departments,” says Director of dhc, Matt Garman. “Many CRM systems have had low user adoption due to complicated interfaces. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is one of the best-selling CRM systems in the market, so it will be interesting to see how Microsoft is changing the CRM landscape with its xRM model.”

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM seminars will take place:
Tuesday 16th March 2010 - Microsoft Dynamics CRM/xRM Seminar – Microsoft, Reading
Thursday 20th May 2010 - Microsoft Dynamics CRM/xRM Seminar – Microsoft, Victoria, London

In addition to the ongoing seminar series, dhc is also offering a series of webinars for organisations with the first aimed at Professional Services organisations and taking place on Wednesday 17th March at 10am. For several years, dhc has been working with Professional Services organisations to improve finance and workflow processes. The upcoming webinars will help businesses improve project and costing control and profitability, gain better utilisation rates by reducing admin tasks and benefit from live online management reporting and business intelligence.
