dhc, provider of integrated software solutions, today announces that it will be implementing Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and the Access Dimensions accounting suite at the headquarters of the UK’s leading decorative lighting manufacturers and suppliers, Franklite. dhc will be working closely with the team at Franklite to upgrade the company’s incumbent system, delivering increased flexibility and centralising CRM, accounting, stock, purchasing and warehouse management functions for improved overall operational efficiency
Operating from a purpose-built site in Milton Keynes, Franklite has grown from a small factory into a leading supplier of modern home lighting. Finding it had an increasing dependence on its IT infrastructure due to significant growth Franklite decided to invest in a new software solution that was capable of handling both the current and future needs of the business. Franklite required a sophisticated solution that could effectively monitor its stock, purchasing and accounting processes whilst interacting with its Warehouse Management System (WMS).
