Kaspersky Lab, a leading provider of Internet security software solutions that protect against viruses, Trojans, worms, spyware, crimeware, rootkits, phishing, hacker attacks and spam, announce the appointment of Natalya Kaspersky to the position of CEO at InfoWatch. Natalya Kaspersky has acquired a controlling stake of InfoWatch shares, while Kaspersky Lab retains a blocking stake in the company. The shares were acquired due to a decision by Info Watch shareholders to issue additional shares in order to attract further investment in the company. Following the share acquisition, Natalya Kaspersky has been appointed as the company’s CEO.
