dhc, provider of integrated software solutions, today announces it will be implementing Microsoft DynamicsTM Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on a hosted basis for financial director service suppliers, the FD Centre. dhc will be working closely with the team at the FD Centre to implement the new system, delivering increased flexibility and centralising CRM.
Established in 2001, the FD Centre is the market leading provider of part time financial directors in the UK, providing the advanced skill set of finance directors from large corporations, to the small and medium enterprise (SME) sector. Finding it had an increasing dependence on its IT infrastructure following significant growth, the FD Centre decided to invest in a new software system that could facilitate a more co-ordinated approach and to support the future expansion of the business.
The FD Centre selected dhc to provide the new system based on its extensive knowledge of the software and experience with CRM strategies. In addition, dhc is able to provide the FD Centre with a hosted CRM offering which reduces the need for a large capital outlay and heavy dependence on the IT infrastructure that is typically associated with an installed enterprise platform.
