Jaspersoft Improves Customer Support Efficiency by 41% with Exalead

Enterprise data and social media content combined to give comprehensive customer view

The association has indeed been quite beneficial for the company's growth. Search applications have always been in demand whether it is open source or commercial. Even I recently tried an open source search platform Solr which is known for it's advanced searching & indexing capabilities.I reviewed Solr's reference guide(http://www.lucidimagination.com/Downloads/LucidWorks-for-Solr/Reference-Guide ) and found it useful for concept insights.
