The new implementation will simplify the billing process and improve overall functionality.
Finding it had an increasing dependence on its IT infrastructure following a significant growth in both its client base and workforce numbers, the company acknowledged that it had outgrown its incumbent software and required a solution that would improve efficiency by streamlining its business processes.
