Rocket, an outsourced telephony service provider, today announced the appointment of Deborah Humm as Call Centre General Manager for Rocket Ansa-Call. Based in Aldershot, Hampshire, the former Call Centre Service Manager at Camelot, is responsible for a 75-seat call centre that manages over 150,000 calls per month for clients including Polaris World and NEC Harlequins Rugby Club.
