Extreme Networks and its Platinum Partner Scalable Communications have announced that leading UK law firm Morgan Cole is using a selection of switches from its BlackDiamond® and Summit® family in order to upgrade its Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure and provide a solid foundation for future expansion.
Morgan Cole is a successful and dynamic UK organisation with six offices across both Southern England and Southern Wales. Formed by the merger of Morgan Bruce and Cole & Cole in 1998, the firm invests in both exceptional people and the latest technologies in order to fulfil both its own objectives and those of its clients. With 600 people employed across its offices, Morgan Cole realised it required a high performance network that was both robust and resilient enough to maintain its immediate business critical applications, as well as further technological developments such as Voice over IP telephony (VoIP).
