Pythagoras Communications, a leading UK provider of integrated business software solutions, today announced that it has acquired London-based FMI Business Solutions Group (BSG) in a deal that will increase its market share within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and accounting sectors. The combined turnover of the expanded Pythagoras Communications is expected to be approximately £7.2 million.
