Noetica, the customer interaction management (CIM) software provider, today announced that it has formed a strategic partnership with the Madrid-based value-added distributor Alava Inegenieros. Through its communications business unit, Alava Ingenieros will launch, sell, install and support Noetica’s SynthesysTM software framework to the rapidly growing Spanish and Portuguese contact centre markets.
