Pavilion Technologies, a world leader in advanced process control (APC) and environmental compliance solutions, provides software solutions to answer the challenges of the EU Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) launched earlier this year. The ETS reflects the governments’ recognition that technology, not politics, will win the war against climate change.
